Tarot Yoga Ceremonies blend self-connection with community support through mindful movement and reflection.

April’s full moon falls on the 12th however, we will gather on Thursday, April 10th. 🌕✨ Come cozy-up at the Grand 42 for this 2-hour ceremony that will revolve around the Pink Moon, a full moon in Libra.

The ceremony will consist of:

• Discussion of the Pink moon and its spiritual meanings. ❄️

• Grounding meditation & pranayama.

• Yoga flow based on the Moon Tarot card.

• Yoga nidra.

• Everyone pulls one card.

• Tea and light snacks served afterwards. We’ll have time to socialize and you can come to me to discuss the card you pulled.

🕡 Doors open from 18:15 and the ceremony will start at 18:45.

🕘 The event lasts for 2 hours, but with the option to stay longer for refreshments and socializing.

• Please bring your own yoga mat.

• Wear clothes you are comfortable to practice yoga in.

• Bring a journal for intention setting.

• Wear/bring cozy sweater and socks for yoga nidra.
